HOW THE DESIGN PHASE WORKS!

Your new web site can be up and running in four easy phases:

Phase One: Developing a firm quote…

STEP 1—Send us your letterhead logo attached to an email (a scan or digital photo of it will work well) and state your desired colors. (If you do not have a logo we will develop one (1) design for no charge).

STEP 2—List the pages (or features you desire for your site – you can do this online) and email addresses you wish to be associated with this site.

STEP 3—We will offer a quote for the site. (If you exceed the Basic Site specifications).

Phase Two: Once you receive a quote, and you approve it, and before we begin your custom site...

STEP 4—You will need to submit the “page content” for each page you chose in step 2 above (Update EZ will offer suggestions for your content).

STEP 5—You will need to get a domain name (site name—we can help with this and we can even host your site) or give us the domain name or your desired domain name .

Phase Three: UpdateEZ will begin site development…

STEP 6—UpdateEZ will develop a custom look for your evaluation and will post it at a test location for your evaluation. Once you have checked off on the design…

STEP 7—The site will be populated with the “page content” and reposted at a test location for your evaluation. Once the final check off on the site is made…

Phase Four: Payment will be due… (Yes, as incredible as it may seem, you pay nothing until you want
        it posted!)

STEP 8—You will need to pay UpdateEZ for the services rendered. Once payment is received the site will be posted to your site domain name location and all editing features turned on.

STEP 9—UpdateEZ will then offer up to one hour phone training on how to self maintain the site.
